Why you need 2 tickets
The first weigh gives you the total weight, but it DOES NOT tell you the Tongue Weight directly. Because the tongue is attached to the truck, its weight is hidden in the truck’s axle readings.
The Formula
Step 1: Weigh Truck + House attached.
Step 2: Drop the house in the parking lot. Weigh Truck ONLY.
Calculation: (Truck Weight Attached) – (Truck Weight Alone) = Tongue Weight.
